Our technology transfer services are designed to help you exploit new markets without the need for long term investment in R&D we can help you acquire new technology, processes and services developed elsewhere which are a good fit for your business.

Technology audits: We carry out audits to review the technologies and intellectual property held by your organisation. This analysis will be used to future proof your business and capitalise on emerging markets.

Technology scouting: To support clients in the development of new products we perform mediated searches of global databases. Our team of scientists and engineers scout licensing opportunities, patents, news sources, published research and company databases to find the right match for your technology needs. We have particular experience in the European Union networks, the Framework Programme, Cordis, Enterprise Eupropean Network (EEN) Nesta and applications for both Smart Awards and Queens Awards.

Forming agreements: Once we have helped you identify an opportunity that fits with your business we will act as an intermediary helping you form partnerships and establish the right agreement to drive product development and business growth in the UK and overseas. We have particular expertise in licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, partnership agreements, subcontract agreements and joint venture agreements.
